Lake County Fair '07

Here we are at the Lake County Fair!

The younger ones made some candles from bee's wax!

This is a little pig that we found there!



While we were there it started raining pretty bad! So we ran into the 4-H building (after we were soaked) and then. . .the power went out!! The power was flickering quite a bit! Eventually the lights came on and stayed on, but the rain and thunder kept coming (BTW, the 4-H building is my mom's and sisters favorite building. Lucky for them! I like it too, though not as much!)!
After about twenty minutes it stopped raining, so we went out. . . and everything was soaked! Well, that's how it was afterward. . . soaked!

And since we were in there, we took some pictures. . .



. . .a very big pumpkin (1,154 lbs.) !!



A bird house! (Who would guess?? I wonder how they got in? Through the nose? Yuck!)
